ABOUT ECOFAIRE INTERNATIONAL, INC. - IT IS PART OF A PRIVATE COMMUNITY WITH OVER 10,000 MEMBERS. OUR MEMBERS “PLEDGE” THEIR ASSETS WITH US – LIKE A JOINT OWNERSHIP PROGRAM. BY DOING SO, IT CREATES A VERY NICE ASSET PORTFOLIO WHEREIN, WE HAVE ALREADY ACQUIRED AND ESTABLISHED A MULTIPLE “CREDIT FACILITY” ON EXISTING PROJECTS, WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. THIS ALLOWS US TO GO OUT AND PURCHASE EXCEPTIONALLY PERFORMING BUSINESSES AND EVERY MEMBER THAT PARTICIPATED IN THAT PARTICULAR VENTURE BECOMES AN EQUITY OWNER IN THE BUSINESS AND RECEIVES GREAT EARNINGS.

EACH DONOR THAT DECIDES TO PARTICIPATE WILL BE MANAGED BY ECOFAIRE AND ITS STAFF. ECOFAIRE WILL PLACE DONATED AMOUNT WITH AN ACCREDITED ATTORNEY.

ALL MONEY OR PLEDGED ASSETS DONATED WILL BE BACKED BY FREE AND CLEAR ASSETS AT 30% ABOVE THE VALUE PLACED WITH THE ATTORNEY. OUR DEEDS’ THE COLLATERAL, WILL BE HELD THERE WITH INSURANCES AND A POWER OF ATTORNEY ON BEHALF OF THE “DONOR” THAT WILL STATE THAT IF WE FAIL TO COMPLY WITH AGREED TO TERMS THEY CAN NOTIFY THE ATTORNEY AND LIQUIDATE THE ASSETS – ZERO LITIGATION. WE ARE THE ONLY GROUP THAT HAS THESE STRICT SAFE GUARDS IN PLACE AND THE ONLY GROUP THAT IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE SHOULD TERMS NOT BE ADHERED TO.

**IF FOR A NFP’ ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF EACH DATE – THE PROMISED REWARDS ARE SENT TO THE NON-PROFIT WITH THE NAME OF THE DONOR TO ENSURE THAT A TAX RELIEF DOCUMENT IS SUBMITTED TO THE DONOR OR THE VALUE OF EQUITY POSITION, WHICHEVER IS GREATER; IN SOME INSTANCES THAT RESIDUAL WILL CONTINUE FOR LIFE; ON BEHALF OF THE PARTICIPANT TO ENSURE A LONG STANDING TAX RELIEF OPPORTUNITY.

EXAMPLES OF DOCUMENTATION WILL BE FORWARDED UPON FURTHER DISCUSSION WITH ECOFAIRE AND ITS AFFILIATES. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY TRANSACTION WILL BE A STANDALONE TRANSACTION – SO, NO MATTER THE FATE OF THE OPPORTUNITY, THE ORIGINAL FUNDS WILL NEVER BE IN JEOPARDY. Mr. Stan Shylapochnik-CEO CO-Founder/Board Chair Helping Businesses Access the Expanding Global Marketplace” Stan Shlyapochnik helped found EcoFaire Enterprises. Stan brings 20 years of experience in the recycling industry. During this period, Stan primarily focused on the procurement of scrap metals, precious metal, plastics and paper.

He is particularly proud of his performance in providing information and education to scrap brokers and recycling traders throughout the world. These endeavors provided him the ability to showcase his greatest attribute, the desire to help people, and allowed him to work with people of all cultures.
Through his interaction with providing solutions like demand side consumption management coupled with Green side technology, Stan brings the desire to leave this world in a better place for future generations to enjoy. His goals of energy efficiency, conservation and innovation are what make his dream of a green economy a faithful forthcoming reality.

Stan’s association with EcoFaire has become an integral part of his mission when he states, “My involvement with EcoFaire and The Green Industrial Revolution will allow people to take responsibility for their own environment and create positive change for communities throughout the world.” Simply stated, “I look forward to utilizing my skills and experience in assisting businesses to reduce their environmental footprint.


Mr. Richard Cote: Co-Founder, (Advisory Board Member) Mr. Cote has recently engaged as THE U.S. Coordinator for Our NFP HOMELESSNESS INITIATIVE; will be charged with instituting-Guiding the efforts to bring an International Export platform to the World utilizing a NASA Satellite technology for Telecommunications and International Trade. The EcoFaire Principles are currently forming a Consortium with National U.S. NFP’s and International Conglomerates; Intertwined with U.S Universities, Governments, and Private Businesses. This Consortium will address Global Warming, Adoption of Green Practices, Creation of Jobs and Green Industries. Mr. Khalid H. Muhammadreed: Regional Manager-West Africa

Director Muhammadreed has been an international Social Entrepreneur for the past 35 years. A business man, currently operating as the Co-founder and EVP of American Gold Solutions-A U.S. Chicago Based brokerage/processor. Liberian born, Mr. Muhammadreed has a strong sense of community and gives back daily through his varying channels in the U.S. and ultimately Mr Muhammadreed, wants to start helping the African region.



Mr. Murray Collier: Director African Affairs, Partner

Director Collier has lead organization wide marketing and communications strategy globally in both the public and private sectors. As Director of African Affairs at EEI, Murray is responsible for the brand building and business development in the African market.

Mr. Collier has worked with brands such as South African Breweries, AIG, SASOL and Sun International across much of the African continent and led the communications team for Small Business Development and Incubation, within the Department of Economic Development in South Africa.

Mr. Collier was part of the founding consortium and bid team for two South African radio stations, South Africa’s largest film festival and The sister city relationship between Washington DC and Pretoria, South Africa.



ATTACHE’ Abdul Hussain QUDDUS-MENA Regional Director: Partner

Abdul Hussain Quddus is an International Trade Consultant. He has worked extensively with the U.S. Dept. of Commerce "Foreign Buyers Program" working with Businessmen and Women through International Trade Delegations from all over the World. He has headed Trade Delegations to The Kingdom's of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and The United Arab Emirates (UAE)





Mr. Ilan Geva: EEI Global Health Expert, Partner

Mr. Geva is an international branding guru, who consults about, teaches, practices and implements all brand touch points. At Ogilvy & Mather he was Design Head and Creative Director in Johannesburg, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Later he was with Leo Burnett and Frankel & Co. (now ARC Worldwide) other positions were: VP Exec. Creative Director at Kragie/ Newell (now Integer) Des Moines, and VP Creative Director at Gage Marketing, Minneapolis.

He currently runs Ilan Geva & Friends, a branding consultancy in Chicago, and is a consultant with Vale International of NYC. Ilan develops and creates Brand platforms including brand vision, brand strategy, brand personality, using every imaginable strategic branding solution for many of the world’s largest corporations, as well as for smaller enterprises. His work has won over 100 awards around the world including CLIO, ADDY, TELLY, POPAI, CAPLES, ECHO, SUMMIT, ADRIAN and many others.

Some of his most recognized work included brands such as: McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Visa, Ford Trucks, The Chicago Tribune, SA Breweries, Panasonic, Nestle, American Express, Unilever, VW-Audi, Kodak, HP, Seagram, Shell, Sears, Citibank, many more. Ilan has traveled extensively and did consulting jobs in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. (45 countries, 600 cities)

Ilan has a BFA from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem and a Master’s degree from DePaul University in Chicago. He also graduated from the Damelin College of Marketing in Johannesburg with a diploma in Marketing Management. He currently teaches Branding and Consumer Behavior at the University of Chicago, and at DePaul University.



Mr. Robert Moon: EEI EVP, Midwest U.S.A Managing Director

Jake Moon has extensive international experience spanning many cultures and geographies. For over 20 years, Jake has worked with many technologies from IT to the Nano-level, always striving to connect the dots and provide value to the community and users. His passion is to help mankind do well, whether it be in business, technology, non-profits, or the environment. He has managed many teams delivering technology-based solutions leveraging the emerging technologies such as web, mobile, cloud, big data, social media and the 'Internet of Things' (IoT). He is also an entrepreneur founding his own company, InnoVet Labs, a veteran owned small business.

InnoVet Labs partners with numerous other small businesses to include SD Labs (a Nano-technology company) EcoFaire, and others. Jake's cross-functional and -industry experience affords him the opportunity to pursue solutions in healthcare, government, consumer-based, transportation, manufacturing, education and the environment. He strongly believes in continually learning new ideas/concepts and is the reason why he holds degrees that focus on STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).


GLOBAL SOCIAL COLLABORATIVE

Our initial needs are to establish 10 Campuses in the US. The Goal is to create a $25M Community Pool of Assets that will be leveraged in these 10 Campus Communities. This can be done by offering Pledged Assets to the GCDN Communities and growing and accelerating member Businesses and Not for Profits.

We have identified 6 Member Campus Communities and thereby leaving 4 spots available. These 10 Founding Member Communities will participate in our Accelerated growth through our Pledge Programs. These Programs will be Socially Oriented and directed toward Members, Veterans, newly released Military and their Families.
